When you apply for a house or apartment, you will need the following:

1. Proof of your income for 1 full month for each person who will be responsible for paying the rent.
2. $15 application fee for each person who will be responsible for paying the rent.

The application fee includes a Past Rental History Check, a Credit Check and a Criminal Background Check.

To qualify for any house or apartment, your take home pay should be approximately 3 times greater than the rent. Example: If the rent is $500 per month, then you should bring home about $1500 per month. (Income may include salary, Social Security, Food Stamps or Child Support, but not student loans.)

Payment for the deposit and first month's rent must be made by cash, money order or certified check from your bank. No personal checks for the deposit and first month's rent will be accepted. Deposit will hold a listing for 2 weeks, then the rent will be due. Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind. 

All pets must be approved before you sign your lease. If your pet is approved, there will be a non-refundable fee of $250.
